• Lion Tuff Create is composed of high quality acrylic elastomeric exterior waterproofing coating. It is used as a flexibility waterproofing and protective coating for exterior walls of the building because it forms excellent film thickness, good flexibility, breathing properties. water resistance, crack-briding ability, weathering durability and an excellent to the growth of microorganisms.

Application

• All types of exterior plastered masonry surfaces, concrete, cement sand renderings, etc.
• Applicable on asbestos sheets.

Application Guidelines

• Surface Preparation : The surface should be clean from any loose dust particles, grease or any old flaking paints. Any growth of fungus or algae has to be removed by wire brush followed by water cleaning.
• All surface cracks up to 5mm width should be filled with crack seal. Crack more than 5mm and all separation gaps should be filled up with Lion Premium SBR Latex modified mortaroras specified.

Recommended application

• Primer : 1st coat of primer( Lion Premium SBR Latex)
• Finish : Two coats of Lion Tuff Coat.

Dilution

• 1st coat of Lion Easy Cot—5% dilution with, potable water.
• 2nd coat should be used undiluted lo get required DFT.

Coverage

• 35 to 40 sq. Feet In two coat. (Coverage may vary depending upon the texture and porosity of the surface.

Packing

• 1kg. 5kg, 10kg, 20kg

• By brush, roller& spray.

Shelf Life & Storage

• Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
• Store in shed, protecting from direct sunlight and away from extreme temperature.
• In extremely hot temperature condition, store in a temperature controlled environment(i.e. Less than 30°C)
